Il lui donna une brochure de \u00ab <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faire-mobilitaet.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Faire Mobilit\u00e4t<\/a> \u00bb, une action de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration allemande des syndicats. Avec l&rsquo;aide du syndicat, le chauffeur porta plainte contre la Deutsche Post. L&rsquo;entreprise sous-traitante qui l&#8217;employait le licencia. La Deutsche Post a contest\u00e9 les faits, cependant, peu de temps avant le proc\u00e8s, elle parvint \u00e0 une entente extrajudiciaire avec Gabhrel et paya la somme totale exig\u00e9e &#8211; le salaire manquant qui lui serait revenu s&rsquo;il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment au droit allemand.<\/p>\n<p>La Deutsche Post a \u00e9vit\u00e9 de cette mani\u00e8re un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent juridique.
